PG M.Com Admission Dates for July 2026 Session

Netaji Subhas Open University conducts admission to Post Graduate programmes, including M.Com, in Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode for the July 2026 session.

Online application submission for PG programmes was open on the NSOU PG admission portal from 25 July 2026 to 25 September 2026. Fees payment online and offline via Indian Bank Challan was available until 29 September 2026.

Mandatory UGC-DEB ID Registration Procedure

As per directives from UGC-DEB, acquiring a DEB ID is mandatory to pursue any programme under Open and Distance Learning mode at NSOU.

Applicants must obtain their DEB ID and complete its verification on the university admission system by the stipulated deadline. The university will reject applications if the DEB ID is not provided and verified in time.

  1. Visit the official UGC-DEB portal (deb.ugc.ac.in/StudentDEBId) and generate your DEB ID.
  2. Log into the NSOU PG admission system.
  3. Enter your DEB ID and complete online verification on or before 05 October 2026 (04:00 PM).

M.Com Course Papers and E-Tutorial Schedule

The Master of Commerce programme is managed by the School of Professional Studies at NSOU. Learners can collect physical Self Learning Materials (SLMs) from study centres or download e-SLMs from the official NSOU Mobile App.

For M.Com 2nd year students (January 2024 batch), remedial online classes (E-Tutorials) are scheduled via the NSOU App across September, October, and November 2026.

NSOU has not published the specific academic eligibility marks or total fee amount for the M.Com degree on its portal as of 03 October 2026.
